NHST Media Group has implemented a change in the corporate structure which lead to a reorganization of the business into two groups, one for the media businesses and one for the SaaS businesses. The parent company will be a pure holding company without employees and take the name NHST Holding.

Two subgroups of companies has been established: NHST Media Group (media) and NHST Marketing Technologies (SaaS). All operational activities will be included in these subgroups.

The media subgroup will own the shares in subsidiaries Dagens Næringsliv, NHST Global Publications, Europower and Fiskeribladet. The subgroup for SaaS will own the shares in Mynewsdesk and Mention. In the external financial reporting, the Group will report these two business segments, media and SaaS, respectively.
